Here’s my yoga playlist for the month of July 2020. Definitely all the feels with a core workout in between.
Intention for this month: Being Present. Really indulging in your practice: taking an extra breath in your downward dog, really sinking into your hips during Warrior II. Whatever it might be, breath and take it in.
